Low Rates Appliance Repair

We called the company to ask the dispatcher about the rates. The woman answered the phone, answered all of our questions, and booked an appointment for us for our refrigerator and washer repair the same day. They only charge us one service call for both appliances. They also fixed the refrigerator and did not find anything wrong with the washer machine. We paid a reasonable price to fix the fridge and they were honest enough to do a thorough diagnose for the washer machine and let us know that the washer is okay. They did not push the sale price on the washer. We were very pleased with the service. We will call them again. J‎

My washing machine stopped working a 9pm last night, I looked in phone book called Low Rates Applicance had the sweetest most professional woman aswering the phone; made an appt. 12- 3pm today and Michael the Tech. showed right at 12pm, he was so nice found the problem within a min. told me what and why and how much it would cost, I said ok and he was done with repairs in 1/2 hour. I thought getting a washing machine fixed would be a nightmare and Low Rates Aplliance made it a breeze I Thank you very much for that. I highly recommend Low Rate Appliances for any repair job, and the cost was extremely resonable no over charging for emergency call. Great Personnel, Great Job, Great Prices. I have used Low Rates Appliance again and again. I just had a technician named Alex to fix my range. What a pleasure. The techician has arrived at the required schedule that I have requested for. He has done the job with accuracy and had a very reasonable estimate. I will stick with this company and recommend to everyone I would know.‎
